hello!
long time no post...
hee....
went for the media ccamp from 29-30....totally exhuasted.....totally....
esp on the 1st day....where all the talks and lectures were planned.....
the 1st speech was by the nice-president of sph..... a solid 1.5h talk... -.-
if i am not wrong.
but he was eally interesting...although i fell asleep halfway through. (hope he didnt see it)-it would be embarrassing.
bt i was too tired..... nt tat his speech sucks.
i gave him excellent for the survey,........ :X
next was by a european lady...... she talks abt how she gather info , combine them...blablabla....
she was from(home).....section
so....yes..... that was the main reason y i dont understand her long and boring speech.
fell asleep throughout.
next was by a journalist+reporter...
she rox man......and her skin is real thick. mayb thicker than an elephant skin?
that was what she stressed--that a journalist must have thick skin.
i agree. so i shall NOT be one when i grow up =]
finally...... we have a photography talk....

omg...... he is my idol man.... those famous pictures that i saw in the net were taken by him!!!!
he is really professional...thats all i can say. although he sucks in giving educational speeches.
he shld brush up on that...mayb he will be able to earn more.
well... as u can see...presenting the 1st-boring day/
2nd day:
went to sph print centre in jurong.....
its fun...having seen gigantic "toliet rolls" transported by machines..... and the monsterous machines working at incredible speed........ its really stunning...to see thousands and thousands of newspaper being printed in just 30 minutes.
--> look how fast the speed is..the papers seems to be flying!
then we went to visit their office....... i saw some tat were really messy....pity tat i didnt have the chance to snap it . zzz
most of the journalist were not on desk as they were on duty....hee
it was said tat every month prizes wwill be given out-to the messiest table, most constant journalist, best journalist, fastest journalist.....blabla...all sorts of funny prizes.
then we were taken to the radio studio......
never had i been to a real one b4...only in the tv........hee...... and i saw this guy whose voice was dam familiar..... he was the dj for FM 91.3 if i am nt wrong. hee
finally.....
the main programme of the day
its the meeting session with paul twohill.....
--> beside paul was the dj i was talking abt.
--> queing up to ask him questions.
--> he was kind enough to pose for mi. although its a little fake.
at 1st i didnt noe who he was........well.....just get excited with the rest....and ur day will turn out fine. =]
sad that he isnt any korean actor or singer... zzz
he was known as an emo shit.....emo singer.....
bt during the conference.....he discribe himself as a' sensitive boy'.........
and that he is allergic of soap.........and broke down lots of times during his singing career....
lols.......
o yes---remembered him saying that he shit in his pants in his sec sch yrs.... and threw this pants in a dustbin. zzz.....
how inconsiderate.
michael gt lots of his signature...... cos he wanted to sell them away....bt too bad....his name was written in as well....so his hopes were dashed.......completely dashed. =]
took 2 pictures with michael and joel...+ paul twohill.......
herd that his cousin was in gess too.....bt graduate le.
--> we didnt change our pose at all..... except paul and michael -.-
ps: i gt 2 of his autographs although i dont fancy him.....
as i said earlier.....follow the excitement........
bt y paul twohill out of the other 4 finalist of the singapore idol????mayb they were too buzy. =]
found many new friends during this 2 day camp. she is one of them....and she is from tanjong katong girls.....my cousin's sch!
one more day to terminal 3......
